Equine Coggins & Export
Rodeo stock, performance horses and other equines traveling to the U.S. need Coggins testing for Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) and export documents. Many competitions, sales and events also require a current negative Coggins as the disease is spread through the blood of infected animals by biting insects who then carry the disease from horse to horse.
Keota Veterinary Clinic offers this testing and the necessary export documentation. We’ll be happy to send the papers in or you can take them for in-person delivery.
For more information or to schedule a testing appointment for your horse, call us at 641-999-2203.
Reproductive services
We also offer reproductive services including artificial insemination, heat checks, and stabling with the famous Barb Harris in North English.
